Balance & Resonance

An Introduction to Traditional Energetic Healing

Strong and healthy, who thinks of sickness until it strikes like lightning? Preoccupied with the world, who thinks of death, until it arrives like thunder?

— Great Mahasiddha Milarepa

An offering from the heart: a chance to sit with community, and an opportunity to embrace ourselves.

Rooted in traditional breathwork, energetic tapping, and meditation, this mini workshop is  designed to help you build a simple, sustainable daily practice. More importantly, it offers a  traditional perspective on why we need consistent practice to stay balanced and healthy.

We all wish to live a happy, fulfilled, and healthy life, yet we face so many challenges in modern  times — busy schedules, anxiety, anger, isolation, depression. This chaos pulls us away from  our original intention.

By learning from the wisdom of nomadic life and ancient practices, we will explore how to  stabilize ourselves through deep self-connection. Nourished by the eternal blue sky and  grounded by the earth, we remember that our wellbeing is not separate from the world around  us.
